ZoneFold is operated from the United Kingdom. This policy explains what we collect on this site.

What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, subject, message, and approximate IP address (abuse prevention).
• Server logs: standard web server logs (IP, user agent, requested URL, time) for security and reliability.
• Planner tool: city lists and calculations run in your browser. We do not receive your planner selections unless you later paste them into a message.

Cookies

We use a session cookie required to operate the contact form securely (CSRF protection). See cookies.

We do not currently use advertising cookies or analytics trackers on this staging site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required by UK GDPR / PECR, request consent before non-essential cookies.

Google services

If Google AdSense or other Google publisher products are enabled later, Google may use cookies or device identifiers as described in Google’s documentation on how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We will disclose that clearly before enabling personalised ads.

Legal basis and retention

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate security records. You may email us via the contact page to request deletion of a message you sent.
